They arrived promptly at 7:30am for a 3:30pm wedding and worked tirelessly all day to ensure every detail was perfect. From ironing, steaming, sewing, and carefully preparing every garment, to assisting both the bride and myself with dressing, they brought a calm, professional, and reassuringly friendly presence to what could have been a very hectic day. Their services extended to our entire wedding party: five bridesmaids, six groomsmen, the parents of the bride, the brother of the bride, and the parents of the groom, making sure everyone looked polished and picture-perfect. Veronica even accompanied us to the church, where she made sure my daughter looked absolutely flawless as she entered, perfectly arranging her gown and veil. She thoughtfully had lipstick on hand for touch-ups and even came prepared with pliers, which she used to fix a hook-and-eye on my gown at the last minute! I couldn't believe she had pliers. After the ceremony, she went ahead to the reception to ensure everything was ready, helped remove the veil, and expertly bustled the wedding gown before finishing her day at 6pm. When I initially booked them, I mostly thought it would be helpful to have someone on-site to steam dresses, handle small last-minute alterations, and help with any wardrobe stress throughout the day. During photos outside, they even grabbed my husband and me a quick drink so we could have a little break in the middle of the excitement. It was such a thoughtful moment that perfectly captured the level of care they gave throughout the entire day. They also went above and beyond with the details. They steamed and ironed all of the tuxes, every bridesmaid dress, my wedding gown, and even helped with my after-party dress without me ever having to ask. More than anything, they were just incredibly kind, complimentary, and genuine people. They truly felt like part of my support system on one of the most important days of my life.
